This is a model of a GP15-1, a light-duty diesel road-switcher marketed by EMD to compete against railroad locomotive rebuilding programs.
This is a model of an early 44-ton industrial locomotive manufactered by Whitcomb of Rochelle, Illinois.
Known as "44-tonners", these locomotives were designed to weight just under 90,000lbs. allowing them to run under union rules with just one operator.
